This typical 60s building had recently undergone a major refurbishment
the outside facade was covered in green tiles.
The most economical solution was to clad the frontage with marine ply,
then add a mesh scrim and trowel apply out Wall2Wall fine texture to
create a hard wearing attractive light stipple finish

This type of application requires a full scaffolding of the property
Top coat render is 'saw toothed' to aid in a seamless application of the
next application
Corners are 'beaded' using galvanised steel this protects corners from
accidents
All windows, doors and other areas are masked prior to Wall2Wall
application
The render is applied and allowed to cure

Wall2Wall Solutions and Resin based coatings have the answers to your
external wall façade problems
It’s the finer attention to detail that makes all the difference!
The owners of this house were fed up of water damage caused by the
ingress penetrating damp (and the rolled up tea towels on the windows
sills)
During the survey it was noted that not only was the water entering the
walls through the external cracks in the render but also the windows had
a design flaw that was allowing the wind driven rain to enter though the
mastic joint
Due to the very exposed location of this house it was recommended that
the top sections of the windows be treated with a ‘drip shield’ this is
formed from a stainless or plastic bead then moulded with latex modified
render.
Now it has been coated in Wall2Wall the water simply ‘beads off’ and
away from the window.

A 1930 pebble dashed original section of house and a 1970s composite stone
block extension, the client wanted it to be uniform with an elegant
look, hence the real stone ashlar quoins. The property was coated in a
two coat Polymer render then coated in a Goodyear based fine textured
paint finish
