If you live within forty miles of Leeds City centre then you can claim
your totally FREE property survey. Please use our
contact page to contact our surveying team.
If you are outside of that area then all is not lost, you can still obtain
your survey all we ask is that you contribute a small amount towards the
cost of our services and should you decide to use our company for your renovation
needs then all survey costs are reimbursed, either way you end up the winner.
If you choose not to use our services then you will have a professionally
prepared property report on the condition of the walls and a tailor made
restoration quotation with a detailed specification including materials.
For Lime render and pointing surveys we even provide information on the
best ‘Sands’, 'Lime' type and materials ratio perfect if you wish to employ
outside contractors who require in depth details prior to commencing any
work.

- If possible on 'cleaning' surveys we will carry out a small test patch to establish the feasibility of cleaning the substrate.
- During the survey we will inspect the walls carefully, if rendered we 'hammer test' the surface to establish freeze thaw damage and take accurate damp readings both internally and externally if necessary we can also inspect the internal cavity with endoscope equipment for wall tie failure.
- We take digital photographs send you a written survey report and also design ideas to provide a bespoke solution for your home. You will have your report usually within five working days of our visit.
- Within our survey we will also report on the condition of the walls and may offer several systems.
- We are able to supply the products direct at trade prices for self application or for your builders to apply.
- We can also offer our services on a consultation basis
